waiting for mash

so, i guess i'll post something. not that anyone will read it because i'm still working on my mass email. of course, as often as i post, and as lame as it is, i'm not sure if i want anyone reading it. right now the only reason i'm writing is because i was surfing before mash and i got bored. of course mash is starting in two minutes and i haven't written a thing worthwhile.
The joys of payday. ahh yes, the feeling that you are going to get what's coming to you as soon as you get home and check your mail. a warm feeling that causes impatience for the day to be over and an incredible amount of laziness because your already getting paid. (of course not really, cause the paycheck for today doesn't come for two weeks). the joys of being in operations on payday.(maybe i'll explain operations sometime)The same feeling of laziness, only maybe more so. and the chance to eat an amazing amount of food throughout the entire day. breakfast burritos at 9:30, free pizza at 12:30, and chocolate cake at 3. wow, it doesn't get any better than that. oh wait. i get home and a have a paycheck waiting as well as a steak dinner.
all this is not really to brag about getting paid or eating well, it's really to say that life can be revolve around the most pointless of things, like getting out of work, eating extravagently, and getting money (which most will immediately spend).
oy, this ramble turned into a rant, and now i'm missing mash. uhh, so long!

I can’t believe it’s over. I have a sister now. It was a lovely wedding, elegantly simple and short. The reception was not too long and they had people share stories. They opened it up to everyone and I was surprised at how many people shared, and what they shared. i hope Nate wasn’t embarrassed. Since Amanda’s from Washington most of the people who
came were there for Nate or friends of both of them. It was really fun for me to see all those old family friends.
The days before the wedding were rather interesting. Amanda’s family came in last wednesday and thursday so we spent a lot of time getting to know them. they have a very different background, Amanda is the only Christian. her niece and nephew were a lot of fun. Some of her family will probably be back for her graduation in the spring.... the same
day mine! sheesh, looks like another hectic spring! guess i have a year to start worrying about that.
well, that’s all for now. work’s rather boring so i spend some of my time writing up stuff like this, it helps since our internet is so slow. anyway, i wrote this a couple of days ago.
